Albert Is Fishnapped is the 6th episode of the first season of The Dreamstone (and the 6th of the show overall). It first aired in the UK the 23rd of October 1990.
Synopsis[]
The Land of Dreams is having a festival to celebrate an eclipse, and Wildit, Pildit's grandmother came to help. Meanwhile, with the eclipse causing an eternal night in the Land of Dreams, all the sunlight engulfs the Land of Nightmares, making the ground lush and verdant, much to Zordrak's disgust.
Zordrak has instructed Blob, Frizz and Nug to infiltrate the festival and capture Albert, the Dream Maker's dogfish as ransom for the Dreamstone. Using Urpgor's rock instruments, they pose as musicians (the Noops assuming they are in fancy dress like everyone else) and put everyone in a trance with their music before capturing Albert, with some slight teething problems, with a message given to the heroes to deliver the stone to them in return for his freedom.
This fails however, with Wildit posing as the Dream Maker and the heroes ambushing the Urpneys, forcing them into retreat while they rescue Albert, and having to answer to Zordrak.
Last Line[]
"I could have been a star, I know I could!" - Frizz
